Glenfiddich launches its 21-Year-Old single malt whisky
November 3, 2015: The much-desired spirits brand, Glenfiddich, has launched a new product in the Indian market, The Glenfiddich 21 Year Old. A unique blend of vanilla, sweet toffee and fig, this Glenfiddich was patiently matured over a period of 21 years on-site at the distillery. It is an exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, rich and ripe with Glenfiddich’s signature tasting notes.
Glenfiddich’s Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand picked selected barrels and added a sublime finishing touch. The 21 Year Old is carefully transferred into Caribbean rum casks in order to awaken the liquid, rousing it with extra exotic notes of ginger, fig, lime and banana and a vibrant spicy toffee warmth, elevating it to an extraordinary taste.
