Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We have curated a selection of products which are made and packaged lovingly by craftsmen and artisans. A lot of thought and skill goes into sending you that perfect piece! Therefore, we implore you to bear these important points in mind while ordering from LuxuryFacts.

1. Delivery: Since we have partner brands from different countries, delivering all across the globe, most of the items will take anywhere between 7-14 days to reach their destination (unless otherwise specified on the product page). Once shipped, you will be sent the tracking details to see your package reaching you!

2. Returns & Refunds: We want to work with our customers. Please give us the opportunity to service you by reaching us at orders@luxuryfacts.com. All we ask is to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the package. Once the return package has been received by us, we will inspect the item for damage or usage. If accepted, we will process the refund within 14 days to the same mode of payment. The cost of the return shipping will have to be borne by the customer.

3. Condition of the Return: Returned goods should retain original tags and condition. They should be unused. Goods that are damaged/without tags will not be refunded. 

4. Received Damaged Goods? If so, please send us an email along with images at orders@luxuryfacts.com, and we shall resolve your issue (whether to return or exchange) in 7 days.
