Vista Alegre presents four new designs for its signature Love Who You Want line

April 7, 2016: Portuguese porcelain manufacturer, Vista Alegre, expands its 2015 Love Who You Want collection by Christian Lacroix Maison with four elaborate tablewear decors.

Reverent bows to the baroque cadavres exquis (exquisite corpse) artistic method developed by famed surrealists Andre Breton and Jacques Prevert, the four new characters grace a range of plates and pill boxes.

The lavish designs include Monseigneur Bull, a stylistically rich image of a bull head, adorned with vibrant blooms, lace and a sparkly crown, as well as Jungle King, an exotic lion flaunting a bright feather head piece. Away from the animal kingdom, Mamzelle Scarlet cuts a strikingly romantic presence, her face hidden behind a black lace mask, while Lacroix Black cross reveals its boldness in a row upon row of glimmering gems. 

Those decors complete the Love Who You Want series, making for a fun, albeit quirky, tablewear game of mix and match.
