Tom Ford launches latest eyewear collection
September 10, 2014: Vintage yet contemporary, the latest Tom Ford eyewear collection presents bold and provocative designs along side a range of refined, classic looks. Featuring new colours, it includes newly developed acetates for women such as iridescent chalk stripe blue/violet and chalk stripe ivory/ rose, while polarized lenses are offered in new men's sunglass designs.
Clean and refined styles this season include the Penelope, a softly rounded, metal frame rimmed with light epoxy. The cat-eyed Daria showcases a new version of Tom Ford's signature criss-cross front and a "pronged" metal temple detail.
The Linda is a bold, casual frame in richly coloured acetate including a pearl/red blend, offset with one of Tom Ford's iconic design details: tubular acetate temples. The 1950s inspired Valentina makes a soft, rounded shape more head turning with bold, two-toned colours.
The Abbey is an oversized, cross-front frame with a cutaway square corner that reveals a floating lens. The Carola balances a surprising, geometric shape with an elegant, thin profile. Time to flash and shine!
