Hosted at Seasonal Tastes restaurant, the festival will offer exotic set menu featuring … delicious preparations like the Roasted rosemary and Mint lamb leg, Pesto Marinated Roasted Lamb, Barbeque chicken, Cajun spiced roasted chicken, Greek Spiced Chicken, Roasted Tenderloin with Mustard and Thyme Slow Roasted Dill Glaze Salmon, Whole Salt Crusted Roasted Fish.
