The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai Xi’an Chinese Food Festival August 1, 2012: The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai is hosting the Xi’an Chinese Food Festival from August 5-12, 2012. The food festival, however, is not just the usual Chinese cuisine. It is Mediterranean Chinese food. Xi’an food is a unique blend of Middle East and China. Xi’an cuisine gained huge popularity in New York since Anthony Bourdain’s show ‘No reservations’.
