The Spice Route at The Imperial New Delhi launches the Winter menu
December 10, 2014: Available only till January 31, 2015, the healthy and famous winter collection menu by Chef Veena Arora offers an eclectic mix of recipes from the South-East Asian kitchen at The Spice Route in The Imperial New Delhi. Indulge in this sea food special, nutritional cuisine which offers a wide variety of dishes made from king prawns, squids, lobster and variety of fishes, making your dining experience extremely palatable and delightful.
Epicureans can choose from concept dishes like Dhallo Miris Temperadu - Devil fried squid rings with paprika powder, tomato and Worcestershire sauce, Sri Lankan style which is a perfect appetiser. Main course features Phad Phrik Pla Merk – Wok fried octopus wiht chillies, green pepper, Krashai and basil in Thai Oyster sauce, and Meen Biryani - Kerala style rice cooked with fish.
All the dishes and ingredients in the winter collection menu are perfectly suited for winter season. The menu has Sri Lankan, Malaysian, Vietnamese and Thai creations for a wholesome seafood experience.
