The Imperial New Delhi launches the Crepe Exotica festival
October 1, 2012: The Imperial New Delhi glams up the humble crepe in new offerings during the Crepe Exotica festival. Rich with distinct flavours and packed with a punch of tasteful temptations, Crepe Exotica features the best of French crepes for cheese lovers at 1911.
The special offerings include Tsar Nicolai’s Favorite (crepe filled with scrambled eggs and chives with creamed egg and Sevruga caviar), Consomme Celestine (clear chicken soup with strips of French crepes and parsley), Crepes “Oscar” (a classic variation filled with chicken breast and crabmeat, then covered and oven baked with hollandaise sauce), Crepes Florentine (traditional crepes filled with spinach and mozzarella cheese, oven baked with cheese sauce), and many more mouth-watering delights.
