The Imperial New Delhi launches new menus for summer
May 19, 2015: Inviting its patrons and food-lovers to indulge in some summer satisfaction, The Imperial New Delhi has launched some summer menus across its dining options.
Serving it till July 15, 2015, The Spice Route has launched Chef Veena’s famous Summer Collection menu of South East Asian delicacies. The menu features Amba Paripoo Curry - Sri Lankan lentils and raw mango curry; Irachi Manghai Curry - Kerala style mutton curry cooked with raw mangoes; Maambalam Katrikai - Curried baby eggplant and water chestnuts flavoured with raw mango and coconut paste; and Ga Xao Hot Dieu -Stir-fried Chicken with fresh Mangoes & Cashew nuts Vietnamese Style amongst other delectable offerings.

Using mango in its bakery products, La Baguette, the French patisserie at The Imperial, is offering delicacies like Mango cold cheesecake, Fresh Mango cake, White chocolate mango pastry and Mango tart till June 15, 2015. Enough to make you drool?
