With its new “I Care” programme, The Imperial Hotel promises extra care for the wellbeing of its guest
October 26, 2020: The Imperial Hotel New Delhi, situated in the heart of the capital, has reopened and launched its “I Care” wellness initiative for guests. This unrivalled safety program focuses on post pandemic hygiene and well-being procedures and protocols for both the guests and associates.
Vijay Wanchoo, Sr. Executive VP and GM at The Imperial New Delhi, proudly said, “We have complete wellness procedures under ‘I Care’ and have enhanced health and safety protocols for our guests in all areas of operations. Moreover, our interiors and technical teams have brought back the hotel to its original form in just one month’s time by undertaking all the hygiene practices and social norms. We have gone one step ahead by acquiring a machine which sanitizes pillows after use, not just the covers.”
In a true revival of this Lutyens Hotel, the walls of The Imperial have now been restored with the historic artworks. Beautiful high ceiling rooms, jasmine scented corridors and buzzing chefs in the restaurants are ready to welcome guests.
Smiling associates with a mask on the face, exude the same warmth and joy The Imperial is known for. The hotel is geared up to make your stay and dining experience as refreshing and exciting as it used to be before the pandemic.
