Saxonia Thin by A. Lange & Söhne now comes in two sizes
June 30, 2016: After its launch in January 2016, the pink and white gold Saxonia Thin is now available in two sizes. The thinnest A. Lange & Söhne timepiece so far distils the key facets of a Lange watch within a height of just 5.9 millimeters.
Five years after its original debut, the two-hand watch now presents itself anew with a subtly reworked dial that reflects the current design of the Saxonia timepiece family. In comparison with the predecessor model, the baton-style hour markers in solid gold have been slightly extended and moved closer to the bezel. The new Saxonia Thin was originally unveiled at the SIHH in Geneva in January 2016. Now it is available through retailers in pink and white gold with a case diameter of either 37 or 40 millimeters.
Both versions are powered by the manually wound caliber L093.1 movement which is 2.9 millimeters thick. Its hallmarks include the German-silver three-quarter plate decorated with Glashütte ribbing, solarized winding- train wheels, three screwed gold chatons and a hand- engraved balance cock.
The Saxonia Thin is available at Time Avenue, Mumbai; Johnson Watch Company, Delhi; Ethos, Bangalore; The Helvetica, Chennai.
