San Gimignano in New Delhi serves a new range of healthy pizzas

August 7, 2015: San Gimignano, theTuscan Italian restaurant at The Imperial New Delhi, is offering a range of healthy pizzas, which have been recently devised and crafted, keeping the conscious diner in mind.

While the Dark Rye pizza features gorgonzola, fennel and Parma ham, the Buckwheat pizza is topped with Sour cream, rosemary potatoes and rocket leaves. The Millet pizza is simple with cherry tomatoes, spinach and olives, while Emiliana is very filling with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, prosciutto, arugula and balsamic reduction.
They are all prepared on alternate grain bases, apart from just plain flour. These are comprised of healthier grains as mentioned and are full of complex carbohydrates which is a rich source of fibre.
