Saffron at Trident Gurgaon presents Punjabi Rivaayat with Chef Sweety Singh

February 16, 2017: The Oberoi Group recently launched ‘Rivaayat – The Indian Culinary Conclave’, aiming to revive traditional Indian cuisine in modern times. The conclave was visited and addressed by an assemblage of industry experts over a span of five days to discuss the nuances of Indian cuisine.

The first of the six culinary conclaves, Rivaayat was held at The Oberoi, Gurgaon. Five culinary experts and 13 cooks along with 35 of The Oberoi Group’s senior Chefs conducted interactive training sessions covering four key cuisines, Punjabi, Awadhi, Hyderabadi and Dehlvi, during the five-day conclave.

On the occasion, Saffron, the fine dining Indian restaurant at Trident, Gurgaon is presenting ‘Flavours of Punjab’ with Chef Sweety Singh until February 26, 2017. Savour treasured Punjabi classics such as Dhaba Shahi Paneer, Punjabi aloo Wadiyan, Pindi Choley, Bhatti da Murgh and Rahra meat.

Saffron is open for lunch and dinner with a la carte menu and set menu respectively.
