Roger Dubuis launches the Velvet Collection of watches

Roger Dubuis Velvet watch with paved diamondsSeptember 29, 2015: Roger Dubuis, Swiss manufacturer of luxury timepieces, has presented the fabulous Velvet Collection, embodying glamorous design and stunning mechanism.

An absolute stunner resplendent in pink gold, the Velvet High Jewellery is a veritable vision of beauty and style. The exquisite timepiece is fully paved with diamonds. It is a blend of technicality and preciousness, with 368 diamonds arranged in invisible settings that seem to magnify the precious stones that total approximately 13.61 carats. 136 diamonds (7.5 carats) cloak the case, with 136 others (5.20 carats) echoing them on the dial. The straps are available in different colors and can be swapped according to the outfit.

Easy to wear with an elegant and contemporary look, the Velvet Automatic has a touch of femininity and grace. Right from the blackened numerals and appliques to the trompe l’oeil part-circle, part-barrel shaped case, these watches have a strong design.

Powered by the RD821 calibre, these timepieces - the Velvet Automatic in both Light Pink and Blue and the Velvet High Jewellery, are stamped Poinçon de Genève, a proof of remarkable finishing and high horological expertise. The collection is available at the brand’s exclusive boutiques in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, as well as in point-of-sales in Middle East and India.
