September 28, 2023: Indian brand Rocky Star made a captivating debut on the grand stage of London Fashion Week, leaving an unforgettable impression. A succession of glamorous looks graced the runway as models confidently paraded in the brand’s breathtaking ensembles.
The Spring/Summer 2024 collection, poetically named "Damned Soul - An Eruption," cast a spell that resonated throughout the fashion universe, garnering rapturous applause.
Speaking on the collection, Rocky Star, Founder and Creative Director, said, “I've always viewed clothes as a tool of self-representation, a means for individuals to express their unique style and personality. 'Damned Soul ~ An Eruption' is a manifestation of that philosophy.” He added, “It embodies intensity, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. Utilizing a color palette of ivory, black, burgundy, grey, and gold, the collection symbolizes the human experience of inner turmoil and liberation from it. Sequin embroidery, metallic fabric textures, and Rocky Star's signature Baroque print, all seamlessly combine to present a visually glamourous collection.
Drawing inspiration from the Baroque art movement, the collection merges classic aesthetics with modern silhouettes.
Unfolded within the historic confines of St. John's Church, the collection was nothing short of a spectacle. Opulent sparkles and impeccable tailoring took center stage in the ensembles.
