Progressive Asian cuisine comes to JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu
June 16, 2016: This July, JW Marriot Mumbai Juhu will launch Dashanzi, a new progressive Asian cuisine restaurant and lounge.
“We have witnessed a discernible demand for Asian food with guests getting increasingly familiar with modern and progressive cuisines,” said General Manager, Pavithran Nambiar, of this new addition. “We are thrilled to add another restaurant and lounge to our wide-array of culinary offerings.”
Guests can enjoy the views of the sea while lounging at the bar with drinks that include hand crafted Asian Cocktails, Sake, Soju, Boutique Gins and Crafted Beers. Dashanzi will also include the city’s largest gin bar.
Dishes at Dashanzi include Japanese and Chinese delicacies such as a Japanese Gurando platter, Steamed Local Sea Bass with Assam Sauce and Braised Homemade Edamame Tofu with Spicy Chilli Sauce. The dumpling selection also encompasses vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Dashanzi strives to welcome people of all age groups with its classic design, lounging music and carefully picked out dishes.
