Palladium mall and World Luxury Council (India) present 'Bombay 100 Years Ago' to commemorate Indian independence day
August 13, 2012: Palladium, the luxury mall at High Street Phoenix, Mumbai and World Luxury Council (India) are hosting ‘Bombay 100 Years Ago’, a vintage art exhibit which will showcase 100 year old unpublished archival prints of Mumbai on canvas. These prints have been sourced from a private collector.
The prints will be on view in the Atrium and the Concierge drop-off at the Palladium, Mumbai from August 15-19, 2012 from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm and will give patrons a view of the city and its life a century ago.
The stunning prints are the highest quality reproductions which have been revived with special ink. The images have a guaranteed life span of next 100 years. The World Luxury Council (India) will release an exclusive number of 50 prints, wherein only 10 prints per picture can be produced ‘upon request’, thus making this exhibit a limited-edition collector’s delight. World Luxury Council (India) will donate part proceeds of the sale to Light of Life Trust.
