Right from relaxing the mind, focusing on fitness, easing distraction to channelizing energy, cycling is a wonderful form of meditation.

Estonia Europe view

While there are a number of designated regions and off road locations, where cycling tours are organized, there are few specific routes that are simply awe-inspiring. These particular trips have some elements of luxury owing to the marvelous and unique routes they capture, and also because of the boutique hotels that are allotted for the stay. Some of the premium biking trips include cycling in the gorgeous terrains of France, as well as the Baltic States of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Riding along the European landscapes, amid the blossoming greens, the snowy mountains, and the roads that meander like a gorgeous stream, the experience is captivating and absolutely blissful!

These adventurous vacations that fuse elements of fun, together with comfort and pleasure, are personalized packages that are crafted with utmost thoughts and consideration. These packages are unusual and ideal for a group that desires adventure but with  comfort. Apart from fitting in some premium hotels and unique attractions, the cycling holidays also encompass personalized hospitality and arrangements.

Trakai Castle Lithuania

Cycling around Trakai, which is known for its gorgeous landscape and serene lakes, offers some picturesque views and exclusive photography opportunities. From the culture of the Karaites to the legendary Trakai Castle, located on an island in the middle of Lake Galve, Lithuania, these are some facets of the destination which are best explored on two wheels. From witnessing the past coming alive, to musing over the scenic countryside, cycling in these terrains of the Baltic States creates a wonderful interface.

Visiting Vilnius, Europe’s largest baroque old town, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Site Curonian Spit, one of Europe’s largest stretches of sand dunes, we get to see the magic of nature here. Surrounded by the Curonian Lagoon on the east and the Baltic Sea on the west, Curonian Split is a vast expanse of natural beauty that is bound to leave visitors captivated. With an abundance of blushing cheeks to being wreathed in smiles, biking in Europe is pure delight.

The Curonian Spit

A  bike ride through the Lahemaa Park in Estonia, which is the largest national park in the country, gives access to the striking coastal and inland scenery. The thrill of passing by the stretches of several peninsulas and bays is immensely surreal and dream-like.

Going by yourself or taking your beloved on a journey so heavenly, each moment feels fulfilling and self-indulging. One can also plan an excursion with family or a group of like-minded friends to make the trail memorable and engaging. Right from exploring newer places, quaint, unheard towns, natural woodlands, dwindling rivulets, to gushing waterfalls, cyclists get to witness the splendor of nature, in and around the Baltic nations. The Baltic Sea that touches the shorelines of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, creates a vivid sight, perfect for romantic evenings.

Lahemaa National Park Estonia

Touring the major cities of Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn, the Curonian Lagoon, resort town of Palanga and Jurmala, one peddles from beaches to high dunes, ancient cities and medieval castles to the natural reserves, going around the excursion that is truly fascinating.

When passing through the Loire Valley in France, cyclists experience the enchantment of antiquated, romantic castles. Also known as the ‘Cradle of the French’ and the ‘Garden of France’, it holds an array of beautiful vineyards. The length of the Loire Brook also inhabits the flourishing cherry orchards, farms of artichoke and asparagus. The towns, the prominent castles, its architecture, regional cuisines and authentic confections add to making the spree an unforgettable one.

While on these cycling trips, participants also get to meet folks from other countries who have gathered following similar interests. Interacting with them exposes partakers to different cultures and ethnicity. It is a wonderful way of making new friends from completely different roots altogether. A lot is said and written about such bicycling experiences but no words can ever describe the emotions one gets while touring through this daintiness. It’s entrancing, soothing, and certainly eye-opening!
