Luxury furniture brand Savio Firmino collaborates with designer Ivy Chuang

Savio Firmino has started an artistic collaboration with designer Ivy Chuang to catch new trends. The armchair ‘East meets West’ is the first release of this cooperation. It combines the classical style of a famous model by the Florentine Company with the eclectic fabric created by Ivy Chuang. The melting of different cultures (Ivy Chuang is an American designer of Taiwanese origin) represents the core of this project where the classical style approaches the sensibility of contemporary art.

The fabric by Chuang is digitally printed and its drawing focuses on the portrait of the designer. It perfectly illustrates the cultural roots of the artist that may be defined as a synthesis of East and West, a fusion of Asian, European and American mood. The final result is full of symbolic value.
