London Burberry store celebrates product art and craftsmanship
June 14, 2016: Burberry flagship store in London will be hosting a month long event celebrating the art and craftsmanship of Burberry and its iconic designs. Christopher Bailey, Burberry chief creative and executive officer launched the event with 600 guests.
The store, inspired by English townhouse, has been transformed with large pieces of artwork by British illustrator Luke Edwards Hall. The artwork brings to life the colors, patterns, and textures highlighting Burberry’s featured collections.
Guests can view the latest of menswear and womenswear, along with accessories including “The Patchwork Bag”. An in-store craftsmanship station is also available at the store. Dedicated to the Burberry signature bag, The Banner”, this station focuses on how the bag is made.
Personalization stations throughout the store also include a Burberry scarf monogramming bar, personalization of selection of bags, and embossing of leather accessories.
Burberry social media Snapchat and Instagram accounts will be featuring exclusive content from this month long craftsmanship event.
