Le Cirque's Chef Diego Martinelli introduces a brand new menu
March 20, 2015: New Delhi’s celebrated French-Italian restaurant, Le Cirque at The Leela Palace New Delhi, gives a complete makeover to its menu introducing new and exciting flavours, ingredients and colours. Under the leadership of the newly appointed chef de cuisine, Diego Martinelli, the menu showcases a fresh line of creativity.
Chef Diego whips up excellence with his creative bent playing around with local herbs and spices, combining them with the perfect cuts of meats and freshly farmed vegetables. Complementing the season, Le Cirque’s new menu strikes a perfect balance with a wide selection of chef’s own creations and Le Cirque Signatures from New York.
The collection of his handcrafted culinary delicacies includes Lobster Ravioli, Risotto Alla Cipolla, Yellowfin Tuna, Sea Bass in Crispy Potato Paupiette and Chicken Al Mattone. For diners with vegan preferences, the menu offers a delicious Pumpkin soup, tasty Zucchini Frittelle, Capellini, Fritto Misto and Risotto Ai Carcifio, which can be paired with an exclusive range of wine or champagne. The new menu at the New Delhi restaurant pays attention to healthy, low-calorie and gluten-free indulgences.
Chef Diego’s personal favourites on the menu include his signature Pumpkin Tortelloni with its sweet flavour and texture, the Sage Pappardelle Pasta for comfort food and Pork Belly with richness in its soft meat and crispy skin.
