June 5, 2014: Le Cirque at The Leela Palace New Delhi has unfurled a French-Italian summer menu inspired by the season’s best ingredients and refreshing light flavours.
Chef Mickey Bhoite, Chef De Cuisine of the restaurant, brings out the finest and most colourful menu to date offering the most imaginative composition to satisfy the palate of discerning guests. Enjoy Rock Lobster Salad with melon melody and orange citronette, the Tuna Steak Hache with pistachio crust and raisin mint dressing, and the Olive Oil Poached Black Cod in fresh tomato and burnt eggplant.
Chef Bhoite also pays attention to healthy and light vegetarian indulgences with handcrafted dishes like the Le Cirque Pinzimonio Salad with abundant greens and Italian vegetable crudités or the Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi made up of spicy carrot reduction and spinach cracker. The menu also includes Porcini Soft Lava, a nice mix of broccoli crush and truffle butter sautéed vegetables to rejuvenate you.
