Chef Mickey Bhoite orchestrates a finely crafted special three course prix fixe menu offering an interesting medley of French–Italian cuisine keeping in mind the preferences of the young and stylish Delhites. The European interior of the cellar room is adorned with pictures of renowned Sirio Maccioni with celebrities and dignitaries from world over.
Start with the double cooked mozzarella and tuna tartar, leading on to Kashmiri saffron risotto or the grilled Scottish salmon.
