Thai MasterChef Joy, creator of the menu, offers guests a variety of dishes that appeal to them both visually and flavorfully. Goong Phad Phond Kraree, stir fried prawn with curry powder; and Massaman Lamb Chop, mouthwatering lamb chops paired with sweet potato and onion seasoned with cinnamon, will be a couple of options available at the festival. ‘Specialty platters’ are also on the menu, offered as a vegetarian or non-vegetarian dish.
