JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar plunges into a delectable chocolate affair
March 16, 2016: JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar will soon delight the patrons of its signature Italian restaurant with an all-new chocolate-themed menu.
The savory cacao fiesta – stirred by Romano’s Head Chef, Roberto Zorzoli and Executive Pastry Chef, Santosh Rawat – carries exotic chocolate flavors from Sao Thome, Madagascar, Ghana and Tanzania.
Some of the unique, extravagant offerings include chocolate ricotta and chili parcel with Barolo wine reduction, risotto with scallop carpaccio and white chocolate shavings as well as pulled lamb belly with 67% Madagascar dark chocolate.
Besides main-course dishes, the menu features mouth-watering deserts such as dark chocolate and espresso tart, complemented by an extensive list of chocolate-based cocktails.
Guests will have the chance to succumb to their sweet tooth with the artisanal gourmet meals from March 25 to April 3, 2016.
