The feast will include Balinese Ayam Betutu, a flavorful preparation, where a whole chicken is stuffed with cassava leaf, chili, onion garlic, fresh turmeric, ginger, galangal, and coriander, and wrapped in a fragrant banana leaf before being grilled to perfection.
