Named after famed Chef Peng Zu, who piqued the world’s attention to traditional Chinese recipes, the restaurant will treat its patrons to dishes from the Sichuan and Canton regions. While the menu is Chinese, many of the ingredients come from around the globe – from premium Alba Truffles from northern Italy to rock lobster and salmon from India.

With a modern décor, inside and outside seating and stylish service, Tao of Peng offers signature gourmet delights such as 24-hour slow cooked Pork Belly, Ma Po tofu, Lamb Chops in Mongolian Sauce as well as an array of Dim Sums. Behind all those mouthwatering dishes stand three Michelin-star Chef, Sam Leong and renowned Chef Avinash Naha.

The chefs devote ample time to plating and presentation, using unmatched garnishes like butter crisps, edible flowers, fish roe and prickly ash oil (which is made in-house) to enhance the culinary experience.

A unique list of beverages, including cocktails concocted with Asian spices, provides ample options to wash down the savory meals.
