India Jones Mumbai welcomes aboard Chef David Wang as he whips up a new menu for the restaurant
July 31, 2019: India Jones at Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai has recently welcomed on board Chef David Wang as their Chinese MasterChef. With over three decades of experience, Chef Wang showcases the fine flavors from cultural melting points of Beijing and Hangzhou, in China, as well as from shores of Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Jakarta.
At India Jones, his signature menu highlights include the Cantonese Style Grouper done two ways, Seven Spiced Soft-Shell Crab, Sichuan Style Crackling Duck and more. Adept with Shanghai style and Cantonese cuisines, he is an expert at the traditional Peking duck. Chef Tang is all about the techniques and processes, which guests can see at the India Jones show kitchen as he tosses and fries traditional and authentic food just for them.
