Gemfields glams up pieces by Georg Jensen and Faberge for Baselworld 2016
March 18, 2016: The world’s leading supplier of responsibly sourced colored precious stones, Gemfields, sparkles up the latest designs of two renowned watch and jewelry maisons – Georg Jensen and Faberge – which are to debut at this year’s edition of Baselworld.
Gemfields provided the Danish label, Georg Jensen with the exquisite cabochon emeralds, which grace the brand’s one-of-a-kind 18-carat yellow-gold Grosvenor Pendant. Another of its lavish creations, the Siren Neckring shimmers with 16 Zambian emerald beads.
Gemfields’ gemstones also decorate two Faberge Lady Libertine timepieces. While the first boasts a 36mm dial of striking emeralds that outline the Zambian terrain from where they are extracted, the second mixes cabochon emeralds with 18-carat white gold and diamonds to create a fluid motif.
Both Georg Jensen’s and Faberge’s Gemfields-infused collections will dazzle at Baselworld from March 17 – 24, 2016.
