Fornasetti Designer Experience offered at Mandarin Oriental, Milan

June 24, 2018: The stylish and luxurious Mandarin Oriental hotel in Milan has launched an accommodation package, which indulges guests in a one-of-a-kind experience, in the world of Italian designer Piero Fornasetti.

Piero Fornasetti is known as a painter, sculptor, interior designer, and book engraver, who created more than 13,000 items forming a magical world of luxury design with pieces ranging from furniture to porcelain plates. Each piece is characterized with wit, character and playfulness , which is inculcated in the stay package offered by the hotel. 

The Fornasetti Designer Experience is priced from EUR 6,500 per night, and includes accommodation in the Fornasetti Suite, created in tribute to Italian master of design Piero Fornasetti and furnished with original Fornasetti pieces; a three-course lunch with wine-pairings for two people at Michelin-starred Seta; a Fornasetti porcelain plate welcome gift, featuring a gold hand-painted design of the dome of Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping arcade; a two-hour tour of Milan’s Fornasetti store led by a Fornasetti specialist; and complimentary round-trip transfer for two from Malpensa or Linate Airports among other benefits.
