Fendi to launch Purple Sequin Baguette 2019 Re-Edition
March 27, 2019: Actress Sarah Jessica Parker’s purple sequin Baguette bag from the latest #BaguetteFriendsForever New York episode is finally back with a new contemporary look.
Aspecial re-edition of the renowned bag that contributed to turning the Baguette into an icon is available for pre-order on fendi.com. The bag will be in FENDI boutiques worldwide starting from mid-July 2019.
The 2019 re-edition of the purple sequin Baguette – created originally for the FENDI Fall/Winter 1999-00 Collection – presents a darker purple colour which pervades sequins in a range of shapes and sizes for a surprising 3D effect, while the signature FF logo buckle matches with the elegant gold metal details. Adapting to the modern lifestyle, the bag can now be worn cross-body, thanks to the detachable shoulder strap in purple leather, or hand-carried with the handle, also in purple leather.
