Fendi opens store in Avenue Montaigne in Paris

Fendi store in Avenue Montaigne in ParisJuly 31, 2013: Paris extends its map of luxury with another Fendi store at Avenue Montaigne. With a layout that is set to enhance the shopping experience. On the ground floor one will find an installation surrounding the Baguette, the iconic Fendi bag. Thirty thousand needles of bronze pierce the wall to display the different styles surrounded by a halo of light. These needles symbolize the nails used on Fendi’s fur tablets, which narrate the craftsmanship behind a fur piece.

Also on the ground floor, a space dedicated to made-to-order is enhanced by the luxurious woodwork wall of Maria Pergay made of steel and exotic wood species. The madetoorder service allows the customization of different bags of the Selleria line and the Peekaboo bag, entirely handmade by master saddlers.

The first floor dedicates a space to Fendi’s excellence in fur, which is unique in the world and inspired by the one that once existed in Rome. The “Haute Fourrure” room invites clients to create their very own unique and exceptional fur pieces. Booking your tickets to France already?
