Spanish for ‘I am what I am,’ Soy Como Soy embraces the unapologetic, bold nature of Nikkei cuisine while also paying tribute to ‘soy,’ the indispensable Asian condiment. Channeling the intrigue and intimacy of a speakeasy, the vibrancy and individuality of an izakaya (Japanese bar), and the brightness of Nikkei cuisine, Soy Como Soy promises to indulge plates and palates in textures, aromas and flavours like never before.
Eye catching dishes include Birria Taco and Tonkatsu Ramen, Peruvian rice (Aji Amarillo peppers that have Veg & Sea food options), Miso Black Cod, Buff Yaki Niku and more. Sushi and sashimi take center stage with many offerings including the Vegan Tuna, Asparagus & Watermelon, Rock Shrimp, Unagi and Salmon.
