Cartier "Travel with Style" comes to Jaipur in 2019
February 21, 2019: Love vintage automobiles and traveling in style? The Cartier Concours d'Elegance is for you. On February 24, 2019, Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, Rajasthan will host the event to display some astounding automobiles. This edition will again feature classic automobiles and motorcycles divided into various classes, comprising of 86 cars and 26 motorcycles.
Mr. Manvendra Singh, who serves as a Judge at the Pebble Beach Concours, is also acting as the Curator for Cartier Travel With Style. He said, “With each edition, the response to Cartier ‘Travel with Style’ has been overwhelming. With the last edition at the land of pearls - Hyderabad, we have gone beyond Delhi and Mumbai. With this edition we are exploring the Land of the Maharajas - India’s pink city, Jaipur as a uniquely Indian event, promoting Indian automotive heritage.”
Setting the standard with their appreciation of fine form, exquisite style and exceptional design, the judging panel draws on the experience of some of the world’s leading designers, most successful industrialists, best known arbiters of taste, and most knowledgeable collectors of classic cars.
The event will feature cars and motorcycles from the Pre- and Post-War classics from Europe and America, including Pre-War European Rolls-Royce to Classics made or assembled in India before 1965.
