Carl F Bucherer launches the Patravi EvoTec Calendar watch

April 2011: Another marvel launched at Baselworld 2011 was Carl F. Bucherer’s first model of Patravi EvoTec Calendar.

The 42.6 mm case of the watch is made from high-grade steel or 18ct red gold. The dial, available in black and silver, is designed with a clearly arranged lay-out. The Patravi EvoTec Calendar typically features the large date at 11 o’clock. The small seconds function is displayed by means of a disc, offering the wearer optimal legibility. The black or brown calfskin strap provides the Patravi EvoTec Calendar with an extra touch of elegance.

The inner workings of the Patravi EvoTec Calendar are fascinating, including big date, date and small seconds functions. By comparison with its predecessors, it offers the additional indication of the week, thanks to a special hand pointing to the actual calendar week. The model is completed by its innermost feature, the use of the automatic CFB A1004 Manufacture caliber, which integrates the 53rd week next to the 52-calendar week indicator, and removes the need to reset the calendar week in leap years.
