Bvlgari launches the Mon Jasmin Noir fragrance

May 2011: Inspired by actress Kirsten Dunst, Bulgari’s new fragrance, Mon Jasmin Noir, interprets a woman with a blend of nature and culture. Mon Jasmin Noir was launched in Singapore at Scarlet Hotel as sizzling models wearing Bulgari jewellery strutted on the ramp.

Mon Jasmin Noir is a contemporary interpretation of the ‘black jasmine’ - an imaginary flower that evokes the jasmine’s versatile and mysterious character. The two parfumeurs, Olivier Polge and Sophie Labbé, created an intriguing combination of intense yet transparent notes surrounding a carefully sophisticated floral heart. “In creating Mon Jasmin Noir”, they explain, “our wish was to offer a luminous and addictive fragrance, with a resolutely intimate and modern soul that every woman can embody.”

“I started from the preciousness of sambac jasmine absolute,” recounts Olivier Polge, “and added the exquisite youth of an amazing variety of jasmine called angel wing jasmine.” Mon Jasmin Noir then subsequently sublimates in the sensual, velvety notes of the precious woods accord - cashmeran, cedar and patchouli - held together by exquisite creamy final nuances.

Mon Jasmin Noir is available in 25 ml, 50 ml and 75 ml, and is accompanied by a bath line including Scintillating Body Lotion (100 ml) and Bath & Shower Gel (100 ml).
