Burberry to monogram its trench coats
March 2, 2016: British fashion giant, Burberry, introduces the opportunity to monogram its signature made-in-England Heritage Trench Coats.
Through an instant-preview monogramming tool on its website, the label will allow clients – both online and in stores – to personalize their trench coats with up to three initials in a selection of 15 different thread colors.
The service further extends Burberry’s core offerings, which include monogrammed heritage cashmere scarves, ponchos and the My Burberry women’s fragrance.
High-profile celebrities in the ranks of Angelina Jolie, Serena Williams and Tom Hardy have already succumbed to the bespoke option.
