December 13, 2019: Bottega Veneta sets a new definition of opulence and grandeur in the heart of India with the opening of its newly revamped boutique at Emporio Mall in New Delhi. Having established its presence in India in 2007, Bottega Veneta’s newly imagined store in Delhi measures 904 square feet and showcases a wide range of pieces for both men and women.
Bringing in a new sense of openness and modernity with this reimagined space, it stands as a modish symbol of fine aesthetics with expansive windows framed in the House’s three-dimensional Intrecciato motif. The airy interior continues the theme of lightness with pale Marmorino walls, sleek lighting in the ceiling and furnished floors of natural oak wood and ivory Limestone. New display tables made from pale natural-hued oak wood and glass punctuate the luxurious surrounds. The store has created a new definition of enhancing artisanal variations, textures and materials. Bottega Veneta’s finest bags, small leather goods, luggage, shoes, jewellery, eyewear, fragrances and accessories can be found curated for all.
Creative Director Daniel Lee’s latest Pre Spring ’20 collection draws focus on continuation, evolution and refinement. The colour palette is light and warm, largely in sandstone neutrals, shades of tan, harmonious black and white, natural hues of pistachio, limoncello and sage green. The precise pieces with fluid fabrics evoke the touch of tenderness. Knitwear - like leather, an area of Bottega Veneta expertise with entirely knitted dresses, sensitively draped against the skin and for menswear with robust, classic outerwear in luxurious fabrics with high-performance technical detailing offers a distinct taste. The elevated collection with its shapes and concepts establishes a fresh tint for the luxury house.
