July 19, 2023: Setting new benchmarks, Aston Martin marks its 110-year anniversary with the launch of Valour. The British car manufacturers will begin the production of the spectacular Valour at its Gaydon Headquarters in Q3 of 2023, with first deliveries scheduled to begin during Q4 2023.

Valour's impeccable design and immaculate execution are reminiscent of the beautiful One-77 supercar, and its intensely driver-centric nature draws comparisons to the unique Victor. It exhibits the unrestrained brawn that distinguishes Aston Martin's finest sports vehicles and was inspired by the original V8 Vantage and superb Vantage-based RHAM/1 'Muncher' Le Man's racer from 1980. The car flaunts a combination of 715PS/753Nm twin-turbocharged 5.2-litre V12 and a bespoke six-speed manual transmission.

The twin-turbocharged V12 that is housed beneath the clamshell hood has plenty of airflow thanks to twin NACA ducts, a large "horseshoe" vent, and other features. The iconic grille design of Aston Martin has been modified to improve both form and function. Large carbon fiber intakes on either side provide the engine and brakes with cold air, while aluminum strakes on the sides define the center section. Additionally, they serve as a frame for Valour's distinctive round LED headlights with a classically inspired design that is set behind a rakish grille resembling an eyebrow.

Produced in just 110 units, each car is entirely crafted from carbon fiber and elevated with quintessentially Aston Martin’s contemporary design language. Aston Martin has long been known for its skillful use of materials, so it comes as no surprise that the inside of the Valour gleams with innovative and extremely effective combinations from which clients may develop their own individual requirements.

Miles Nurnberger, Aston Martin’s Director of Design, said, “At Aston Martin, our design is always progressive, but when it comes to celebrating a significant milestone – in this instance our 110th birthday - we allow ourselves a little latitude. Consequently, Valour is gloriously unapologetic; an old-school brute refined and reimagined through the lens of 2023. Making a return to a chiseled shape, moving away from the more sculptural forms that define current series production Aston Martin’s, with bold details and modern materials rooted in the present. We were keen to ensure its looks reflect the driving experience. The raw physicality of the shape should tell you all you need to know about the ferocious performance and analog thrills of taming a 715PS manual transmission sports car, yet the clear use of the latest technology points to a car with modern manners and exceptional dynamic capabilities”.
