The brand ethos of using precise Scandinavian craftsmanship, and refined metals and gems, continues in this minimalist and geometric collection.
April 24, 2023: Swedish designer Annette Welander achieved the perfect marriage of sinuous lines and complex curves in her new collection Lemniscate. Open to influences from art and architecture, the designer has continuously pushed the envelope. Founded in 2018, the brand has passionately created jewels using sustainably sourced precious metals and gems. The house’s Swedish craftsmanship and heritage, as well as their commitment to sustainability and transparency is ingrained in their DNA.
Correspondingly, the Lemniscate collection resonates with the brand’s ethos through a combination of high craftsmanship and specialized techniques. Evocative and universal in appeal, the minimalist cuts and gorgeous geometry is achieved by skilled craftsmen of the house. The gold is expertly crafted as a continuous piece, giving the jewels a feminine, artistic and sinuous form. Each piece, according to the house signature, has a hidden diamond.
All the pieces in the collection are crafted in Stockholm, the home of the brand, utilizing sustainably sourced 18K gold and Top Wesselton VVS diamonds. Ms. Welander works closely with the creative team consisting of architects, to create unique jewel pieces with bold nature and simple lines.
The diamonds are showcased in a castle setting allowing light to flood either side of the diamonds, creating a sparkling appearance. The rings are presented in white gold, Swedish red gold, yellow gold, rose gold as well as with or without diamonds.
