Revitalization of these shops will strengthen its standing as a renowned destination for tourists and residents alike. It will revamp visitor experience through food, fashion, hospitality and entertainment that is adaptable to change in shoppers’ tastes and lifestyles.

JMB Realty Corporation, the owner of 900 North Michigan Shops, have transformed the retail mix by working with luxury fashion houses and brands, like Dior and Versace to keep retail fresh, modern and appealing.

The main grand entry, lighting, interior décor, acoustics and art installation on the atrium ceilings will act as the primary focus of the stylish transformation. There will be an increased amount of greenery and nature-inspired elements to create a welcoming and appealing atmosphere. Furthermore, there will be a variety of live performances throughout the year.

Dining experiences for guests will also be revolutionized. Stacy Kolios, Sr. Director of Marketing intends to craft a program that combines upscale retail, hospitality and home interiors. The multi-level area will satisfy all senses and deliver impeccable service while presenting menus that cater to the most refined palate, all contributing to a re-imagined 900.
